QwikStrip™ hand-held strips are designed for interproximal reduction (IPR), finishing and polishing restorations, removing excess cement, correcting overhangs, and stain removal in both anterior and posterior regions of the mouth.
What orthodontic procedures can QwikStrip™ be used for?
QwikStrip™ is suitable for all orthodontic IPR procedures, including Invisalign™, ClearCorrect™, Six Month Smiles™, MTM™, and other orthodontic or restorative treatments requiring precise interproximal spacing.
Can I use different QwikStrip™ styles during the same procedure?
Yes. Single-sided, double-sided, and curved QwikStrip™ versions can be used anywhere in the mouth. For maintaining anatomical contour—especially on posterior teeth or when refining anterior anatomy—it is recommended to finish with the curved version.
How accurate are the listed strip widths?
All QwikStrip™ widths are manufactured with a tolerance of ±0.05 mm to ensure reliable and predictable interproximal reduction.
Are QwikStrip™ products safe to reuse?
Yes. QwikStrip™ products may be sterilized and reused up to a maximum of 10 cycles when proper cleaning and sterilization protocols are followed.
